He established the first American wholly owned foreign translation company, Top Translation, in China in 1999, has consulted numerous entrepreneurs and companies in successfully establishing and sustaining a business in China and has developed and implemented cultural training and relationship coaching for multi-national businesses moving to China.

Younger, born and raised in China, holds a BA in Education from Sichuan University. He speaks Chinese and English fluently and is well versed in Japanese. He has translated countless government and business documents, interpreted for high level government officials and business executives from around the world and spent over 10 years assisting foreigners and foreign companies by helping them successfully navigate the red tape necessary to establish a company or do business in China. Jack has established and developed the import and export of textiles from China to various countries for over 20 years. He has personally managed clothing factories in China, Taiwan, and South Africa, developed such ventures as the Asian-European division of Reebok and has spent over 20 years developing relationships with factories, suppliers, trade companies as well as officials.
